How to avoid hair loss
More and more men and women see how their hair weakens and begins to fall. The figures that are handled are that 70% of men have hair loss, while in women the number reaches 25%.
The reasons why the hair can start to fall are very varied. It can be something genetic, hereditary from parents to children, or due to personal situations of stress, lack of nutrients and vitamins or prolonged exposure to sunlight. Methods to prevent hair loss

Vitamin A is specific to treat hair loss, as it is responsible for stimulating hair growth. Vitamin B5, in turn, regenerates the skin and hair, preventing it from weakening. The B3, is responsible for stimulating the circulation of blood through the scalp, while the C and E strengthen and nourish the hair respectively.
Being exposed to the sun for too long can also cause hair loss. The sun's rays are very powerful and have the ability to weaken and dry out the hair, causing it to lose shine and finally begin to fall. Avoid spending a lot of time continuously under the sun's rays, your hair will appreciate it.
If you have weak hair, take care of the comb you use regularly. For hard and rebellious hair, it is better to use combs with narrow separations to be able to master it. However, if you have little hair and also tend to fall, it is better to comb with one that has wide gaps so that your hair does not suffer so much every morning when you comb.
Also beware of the irons and dryers, because the high temperatures caused by this type of electrical appliances also weaken the hair and can begin to fall without remedy.
Stress also influences
Situations of stress, anxiety or worry, also cause the hair to weaken and fall. Try to avoid as much as possible that these situations dominate your life and your day to day. It seems that no, but doing relaxation exercises and meditation could curb hair loss in a very effective way. It all depends on the factors that cause your hair to have started to fall.
