The products offered on our website are guaranteed by important commercial firms. Even so, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, according to current legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16) our customers and users have 14 working days to exercise the right of withdrawal in products that are acquired on this website. The term will begin to be effective from the delivery of the product. Excluded from this right (Article 130, section e) are sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

The refund of the amounts paid will be made through the means of payment that was used in the purchase process. The amount to be returned will be that originally included in the order and will be made when the merchandise is inspected and it is verified that it meets the requirements for the return. The return costs must be paid by the customer.

Damaged or incorrect products:

If you receive a damaged, damaged or wrong product, you should contact our customer service or send us an e-mail (, indicating the order number and the reasons for the return (if the product it is wrong or damaged and where).

Within 48/72 hours the damaged product will be sent back to you, picking up the old transport agency.

Other reasons:

If the customer does not want the products served for any reason other than the previous point, you can return the product if it is in perfect condition, with its seal and original packaging without breaking.

It will not be returned, nor will it pay for any item that does not arrive in perfect condition and with its original packaging in optimum condition.

Return expenses:

- If the customer wishes to return a product because it is damaged, in poor condition or is wrong, the costs of the return will be borne by QSI Natural.

- If the client wishes to return a product for any other reason, the expenses of the return will be at his expense. The return cost will depend on the address of the CLIENT and the transport.

Return process:

IMPORTANT: For hygienic and sanitary reasons, no changes or refunds will be accepted in cosmetic and hygiene products that have been opened and / or used, unless they are in poor condition.

When you receive your order, if you are not satisfied for whatever reason, you have a period of 14 days, counting from the date of receipt, to execute the right of return.

The costs of collection (return) will be borne by the customer except for erroneous shipments and defective products.

To make said return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Once we receive the goods in our warehouse, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method made by the customer. In any case, the return of defective products and erroneous shipments will always be accepted, and we will be responsible for the shipping costs in that case.

For any possible incident or claim, we recommend that you contact the customer service at the email and we will respond immediately.

Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, and after checking the condition thereof, QSI Natural will proceed to refund the products returned by the customers within 24/48 hours.

When QSI Natural makes the reimbursement, the transportation expenses that the client must assume will be deducted from the total.
