QSI NATURAL, at the moment, only sends to Spain (peninsula, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Canary Islands) and to Europe (see countries in shipping details).

The usual delivery terms, except for breakage of stock, once the payment has been made and the purchase confirmed, are the following:

- PENINSULA (Spain and Portugal): 48/72 H (in working days)


- EUROPE (within the EU): Orders will be sent by express courier and may take from 3 to 5 working days.


Your order will arrive at the address you have indicated, once payment has been received and your purchase confirmed, within the terms established in the previous section, except for stock breakage.

In case of suffering more delay, we will contact you.

Orders placed and paid before 1:00 p.m., will be processed that same day (except stock break), being able to make the delivery in 24/48 working H (peninsula).

As a general rule, orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the next working day. That is, if the order is made on a Friday at 3:00 PM (or on Saturday or Sunday), the order will be processed the following Monday, provided that it is workable.

The distribution will be made throughout the working day, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the address, the transportation agency would contact you to arrange another delivery day or so you can pick up the package at the nearest office. The transportation agency will go twice to the address, then pick up the package at the agency's office. If the package was not picked up in the office within 15 days, it would be returned and the CUSTOMER would have to pay for the shipping costs incurred.

It is the responsibility of the CLIENT to provide the necessary contact information so that the transport company can contact the customer if necessary, as well as indicate a correct and accessible address where he himself, or a person of his trust, can collect the package.

We are not responsible for the damages that your package may suffer after shipment, caused by the transport company, but we do everything possible to protect all items.

Even so, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, according to current legislation (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16) our customers and users have 14 working days to exercise the right of withdrawal in products that are acquired on this website. The term will begin to be effective from the delivery of the product. Excluded from this right (Article 130, section e) are sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery.

It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the product they want is the one they are really buying, in case of doubt, the product description information and the name will prevail. The refund of the amounts paid will be made through the means of payment that was used in the purchase process. The amount to be returned will be that originally included in the order and will be made when the merchandise is inspected and it is verified that it meets the requirements for the return. The return costs must be paid by the customer.
