Shipping Cost and Places

DESTINATIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES

NATURAL QSI sends to Spain (peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and to Europe (only within the EU-see areas below).

The usual delivery times, except for broken stock, once the payment has been made and the purchase confirmed, are as follows:

- PENINSULA (Spain and Portugal) : 48/72 H (on weekdays, from L-V)

- BALEARIC ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA : 48/96 H (on weekdays, from L-V)

- CANARY ISLANDS : 48/96 H (on weekdays, from L-V)

- EUROPE (within the EU-see areas below): Orders will be sent by express courier and may take 3-5 working days, from L-V.

SHIPPING CONSIDERATIONS

Your order will arrive at the address you have indicated, once payment has been received and your purchase confirmed, within the deadlines established in the previous section, except for stock breakage.

In case of further delay, we will contact you.

Orders placed and paid before 1:00 p.m., will be processed the same day (except stock breakage), being able to deliver within 24/48 working hours (peninsula).

As a general rule, orders placed after 1:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day. That is, if the order is placed on a Friday at 3:00 p.m. (or Saturday or Sunday), the order will be processed the following Monday, provided that it is workable.

The distribution will take place throughout the working day, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. On Saturdays, orders are not distributed or processed.

If, at the time of delivery, the customer is not at home, the transport agency will contact you to arrange another delivery day or to pick up the package at the nearest office. The transport agency will go to the address twice, then you must pick up the package at the agency's office. If the package was not picked up at the office within 15 days, it would be returned and the CLIENT would have to bear the shipping costs incurred.

IMPORTANT: It is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER to provide the necessary contact information so that the transport company can contact the client if necessary, as well as indicate a correct, complete and accessible address where he himself, or a person of his trust, I can pick up the package.

We are not responsible for the damages that your package may suffer after shipment, caused by the transport company, but we do our best to protect all items.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as VAT. We advise you to group all your articles in one order. We cannot combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually.

The shipping price will be updated in the cart according to the shipping address and weight of the order, as well as according to the chosen carrier (if there are several options) once the registration has been made.

Shipments to the Canary Islands may be subject to a variation for possible taxes charged by the Canary Islands government or Customs procedures that may be made, being QSINATURAL exempt from said tax.

BALEARES Y CANARIAS (Actualización Agosto 2020)

Sólo se hacen envíos hasta 2kg de peso. Tarifa de envío fija  independiente del total del pedido. Los envíos a Canarias pueden estar sujetos a una variación por posibles impuestos o trámites de Aduana que pudieran realizarse (DUA), estando QSINATURAL exento de dicho impuesto. Los envíos se hacen con NACEX.

Zone E4: Greece, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Rumania, Bulgaria and Czech Rep.

Zone E5: Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark and Switzerland
