Follow these meditation tips for beginners
Practicing meditation will help you to heal more easily because it reinforces the areas of your brain that are associated with happiness and joy. In addition, it helps to increase your IQ and stimulates the immune system. Meditation is a practice that each person lives in a very particular way. Learn to meditate with these tips!
Meditation guide for beginners
Meditation is a practice that can be very beneficial for your health, both physical and mental. Some of the effects it can generate in you are:
• Increase happiness.
• Develops emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Relieves stress, anxiety and depression.
• Enhances mental and physical health.
• Increase the IQ.
• Improves memory.
• Reduces blood pressure.
To meditate correctly, there are some simple guidelines that can help you make the effect much more obvious. First, we recommend that you smile slightly while meditating, since certain areas of the brain responsible for mental well-being are activated when you smile, even if this smile is forced.
To meditate correctly, it is recommended that you have an empty or relatively empty stomach, since when your stomach is full, you may feel dizzy or even distracted. Meditate before meals or at least two hours after eating, as long as you are not very hungry. Before meditating, you have to think that your mind has been previously distracted. The safest thing is that your goal is to reach such a point of concentration that no one can distract you. However, it is impossible to restructure thoughts if you have not developed before the ability to define and identify those thoughts.
Think that meditation is an all or nothing, that is, you need to incorporate it into your daily life and your routine to get results. Your first steps in meditation can focus only on paying attention to the sensations that your breathing causes you to carry out at different times of the day, depending on the activity you are doing. In this way, you will get to familiarize yourself and feel so comfortable with this practice as to include it completely in our routine. The first times that you meditate, it is better that you do it during a very short space of time, of three or five minutes, more or less. Later, you will be able to increase the time when you adapt to the need that this practice will create for you. You just have to focus on sensations that cause things as simple as breathing.
