Milk proteins, cocoa powder (17%), thickener: xanthan gums , guar and cellulose, salt, sweeteners: acesulfame potassium, sucralose, emulsifier: soy lecithin, L-methionine, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, vitamins C, E, B3, B5, B6, B9, B1, B2, B8 , A, D3.

Directions:

Add 3 shallow doses (25g) to 200ml of hot water (without boiling) . Mix until completely dissolved. Let stand some minutes and mix again before consuming.
